How long until I get my piece?
Order confirmed within 1–2 business days. Production typically 4–6 weeks after that.
How does pricing work?
Made to order, so price scales with size, species, and complexity. Configure a piece in /design to order.
Can I return it?
Made to order, so non-refundable. Damage in transit is covered.
Do you ship internationally?
US-only at launch. International orders by arrangement via /contact.
Can I order something off-spec or commercial?
Yes. Start a bespoke commission via /contact.
Materials & Sizes
What materials do you use?
Solid walnut today. Maple and cherry coming.
What sizes are available?
8″ to 36″ wide. See /size-guide.
Can I see a sample first?
Walnut swatch packs available on request via /contact.
Care & Origin
How do I care for the piece?
Dry-cloth wipe. Light oil refresh every few years. Full care guide in /size-guide.
Where are pieces made?
Houston, Texas. Hand-finished in our workshop.
