Provenance Cabinet help

Getting started with Provenance Cabinet, the cabinet design add-in for Autodesk Fusion.

Provenance Cabinet 1.0.0

  1. In Fusion's Design workspace, open the Solid tab and choose Provenance Cabinet in the Create panel. It is also in the Create menu.
  2. Open or create a saved Fusion design, then choose New Cabinet or select an existing Cabinet Run.
  3. Set Size, Layout, Construction, Fits and Materials, and resolve every blocking issue.
  4. Use Live Preview to check the result, then Build New Cabinet, Update, or Duplicate as New.
  5. Export Workshop Packet writes workshop-packet.html and cut-list.csv to a new folder you choose.
  6. To remove a Run from a design, select it, verify its Run ID, choose Remove selected Run and confirm. Removal is unavailable while an interrupted Update is unresolved.

Licensing and local data

  1. Sign in to Autodesk in Fusion. Cabinet checks your Autodesk App Store entitlement automatically when its panel loads and no check from the last 24 hours exists. It makes no request when Fusion starts.
  2. If the check fails, choose Retry access check. After one successful check, Cabinet keeps working offline for up to seven days.
  3. About & Help → Clear Local Data deletes Cabinet's encrypted license record, its preferences and its log files from this computer. It does not touch exported Workshop Packets or your designs.
